Overview
BB Links is a desktop application designed specifically for Independent Beachbody Coaches aiming to streamline their business operations. Developed by coach Justin Stanley, the software serves as a dedicated tool for generating and managing referral links for Beachbody workout programs and supplements. It addresses the common challenge of manually constructing correct referral URLs, which can be time-consuming and error-prone.
By allowing users to save their Coach ID, the app automatically generates accurate links, reducing the risk of broken or incorrect referrals. The software supports multiple coach accounts, enabling seamless switching between profiles—a valuable feature for coaches managing more than one business identity. Real-world use cases include sharing links via social media, email campaigns, or in-person consultations.
The app also provides access to a full product catalog, including pricing, product images, and promotional videos, helping coaches deliver professional-grade presentations. While the developer has not specified additional user demographics, the tool is clearly tailored for Beachbody coaches at all experience levels. Note that official support for BB Links ended on April 30, 2021, and the app will continue to function without updates to product data or promotions after that date.

- Referral Link Generation – Instant creation of personalized links for Beachbody products, ensuring proper tracking and commission attribution.
- Multi-Account Support – Allows users to manage multiple coach accounts and switch between them quickly, ideal for coaches with separate business profiles.
- Comprehensive Product Catalog – Full access to Beachbody’s product library with instant search and filtering by category, such as Challenge Packs and Nutrition & Supplements.
- Product Media Access – Includes product images and videos to enhance client presentations and improve conversion rates.

These features collectively reduce administrative overhead and improve the consistency of coaching outreach. For example, a coach preparing a webinar can quickly generate multiple product links with correct pricing and media, enhancing the professionalism of their presentation. The ability to switch between accounts supports coaches who manage multiple teams or personal brands. While the app does not include real-time sync with Beachbody’s backend systems, it offers a reliable offline experience for link creation and product reference.
User Interface, Workflow & Performance
BB Links features a clean, intuitive interface designed with coaching workflows in mind. Navigation is straightforward, with clearly labeled tabs such as "Product Catalog" and "Your Referral Pages," allowing users to quickly access core functions. The layout emphasizes usability, minimizing the need for extensive training.
The workflow for generating a referral link is streamlined: users select a product, and the app instantly generates a formatted link with their Coach ID embedded. The search function responds rapidly, returning results as users type, which enhances efficiency during client interactions. The app does not display performance metrics such as CPU or RAM usage, and the developer did not specify resource usage details.
However, given its 34.5 MB file size, it is expected to have a minimal system footprint. Stability is not explicitly documented, but the app has been available since 2020 without reported widespread issues. Performance observations are based on general software behavior patterns.
The interface remains responsive during typical use, suggesting reliable operation under normal conditions.
Compatibility & System Requirements
BB Links is available for both Windows and Mac operating systems. The software is compatible with the versions supported by its release date, though specific OS versions are not listed. The installation size is 34.5 MB, indicating a lightweight application.
The developer did not provide additional system requirements, such as minimum RAM, processor speed, or disk space. Exact system requirements were not listed. Hardware compatibility information is limited.
